Hire Charges

The durations of hire must include the arrival, setup, clearing down and departure of your activity.  All charges reflect this and include the use of the kitchen and technical equipment and any storage facilities that regular groups are using.  Our charges recognise two types of user groups, COMMUNITY and COMMERCIAL.

COMMUNITY User Groups are local clubs who use Upton Village Hall as the base for their activities.  As clubs, all the organisers are volunteers and draw no income from the activities.

COMMERCIAL Users provide a service that is openly available to the local community but where the organiser charges attendees and draws an income from the takings.

COMMUNITY RATES

£9 per hour during the day
£45 All day until 6pm
£27 for all or part of the evening from 7pm
Meeting Room
£10 per morning, afternoon or evening
session

COMMERCIAL RATES
Main Hall
£16 per hour during the day
£24 for 4pm-7pm afterschool classes
£48 for all or part of the evening from 7pm
£85 All day until 6pm
Meeting Room
£13 per morning, afternoon or evening
session

CHILDRENS’ PARTIES
Childrens’ parties are 4 hour slots (including set-up and clear out), bookable up to 4 months in advance.
The charge is £100 per party plus £25 per hour if extra hours are required.

PRICES FOR ANY EVENT THAT FALLS OUTWITH THESE CATEGORIES WILL BE SET BY THE HALL MANAGEMENT
