The Main Hall is heavily used with back-to-back bookings. The only available slots for a new regular activity throughout the year are:
Tuesdays from 13.30 – 16.00
Wednesdays afterschool 16.00 – 18.00
Fridays afterschool 16.00 – 19.00
Most Saturday evenings from 19.00 – 22.00
The Meeting Room is let independently with plenty of availability throughout the week
Timings include set-up and clear-down. Short-runs during holiday times are available.
Casual bookings are only accepted up to four months in advance. Hire costs for open events follow the standard pricing. Private daytime parties such as family or children’s parties (and baby showers) are 4-hour slots at £100. This includes time for set-up and clear-down. Frequently available on Saturday afternoons and Sunday afternoons. We do not offer evening private parties. Variants on the above by arrangement. Check calendar for availability of your required date. No resident caretaker during booking but initial induction given. Charity events are generally charged at our standard rates.
