Meeting Room

Our Meeting Room measures approximately 4½m by 5½m and has an absolute capacity of 30 people with 20 probably being a more comfortable maximum.  There are 10 chairs with arms and more can be brought in from the hall.  There are also 10 interlocking square tables that can form a variety of configurations.

• Power sockets in the centre of the floor are useful for computing equipment, reducing the need for trailing cables.
• The overhead strip lighting has baffles to reduce glare on computer screens, and the room is suitable for presentations with a projector.
• Steps in the corner give access to the back of the stage so that the room makes an ideal changing room for stage productions.
• All reasonable steps have been taken to give good sound insulation from the rest of the hall, stage and kitchen when they are in use by other groups.
• The room can be accessed via its own side door and has its own toilet facility.
• For large social events in the main hall, the double doors can be folded back to significantly extend the bar lobby area, offering a café facility.
